All nonfood contact surfaces, especially those areas that are handled often by employees, must be clean and sanitized in order to prevent possible cross contamination and minimize pest harborage conditions. Discussed this issue with Person In Charge (PIC) who agreed to go over proper cleaning procedures of nonfood contact surfaces with staff and ensure a cleaner environment going forward.
