Addl Notes: In walk-in cooler, bins of raw beef observed being stored over bins of raw shrimp and raw fish. No cross contamination observed. Brought to attention of person in charge who had employee rearrange. Raw proteins shall be stored according to cooking temperature. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
