4-501.12 - Core: Cutting Surfaces Addl Notes: Long white cutting board on sandwich prep table had two large, long holes on either end of cutting board. Brought to attention of person in charge to replace. Cutting surfaces shall be kept in good repair and be easily cleanable. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
