Addl Notes: Quat sanitizer dispenser at three compartment sink measured 0ppm. Sanitizer should be between 200-400ppm. Sanitizer was ran through and checked multiple times. PIC called repair person at time of inspection and will manually measure out sanitizer until repair is made. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
