  5-203.12 Toilets and Urinals (C) Observed Womens restroom with relatively new tile set over floor sump drain comparative to MENS restroom. Coving is missing. Surfaces are not being maintained easily cleanable and sanitary. MENS restroom Toilet is set in unconvential way--on plywood and not sealed to floor. Coving is missing. Tile is missing. Walls are not maintained sanitary. PIC is aware. Spoke with owner on phone--owner advises that she has hired a contractor and it will be addresed. EHS will return in approximately two weeks to reinspect.
