  4-302.14 Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices (Pf) 4-603.14 Wet Cleaning (C) EHS asked for test strip demo drom line cook using sani bucket. Multiple test strips were used but no reading was achieved. EHS asked what sanitizer was used and if it was paired to the righ test strips? 200PPM (quat) was achieved. PIC will retrain employess on correct I.D. and use.

  6-101.11 Surface Characteristics-Indoor Areas (C) Observed improper sani-bucket sanitizer concentration. Staff using bucket re-wiped surfaces with verified new solution and understand procedure going forward. 6-201.11 Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C) 6-201.13 Floor and Wall Junctures, Coved, and Enclosed or Sealed (C) 6-201.14 Floor Carpeting, Restrictions and Installation (C) Observed significant flooring deterioration and delamination throughout the kitchen. Significant grease and grime accumulation beneath and behind equipment and shelving, with castors. PIC is very aware of the flooring issues and advised of plumbing issues as well (no sewere back-up, just slow flow). PIC is working with property manager on new lease and $$ responsibilities. PIC will be researching flooring contractors.
