Advised PIC that the door requires a new seal to prvent iinsect ngress 6-501.111 Controlling Pests (Pf, C) Observed significant build-up flour dust on equipment, around equipment and at floor / wall junctures. Observed mop perimeter as equipment is not being moved in order to clean behind but instead simply moped around. This is a harborage issue. PIC will clean and maintain clean.

Moreover, the flour dust combined with the aerosoled grease creat a paste that has accumulated at Floor Wall Junctures. 6-201.13 Floor and Wall Junctures, Coved, and Enclosed or Sealed (C) Please develop a cleaning protocol so that all equipent is periodically moved away from walls and area is thoroughly cleaned. PIC will comply.
