    3-501.16(A)(2) and (B) Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Hot and Cold Holding (P) Observed pre-made coleslaw holding in the reach-in refrigerator at an ambient temperature of 51F. Probe temperature of the coleslaw was 50F. Person-in-charge voluntarily pulled the items and discarded. A work order was placed for the refrigerator as well as turning the temperature down. PIC confirmed they will use the walk-in refrigerator for cold holding until repairs are completed.
