    5-202.13 Backflow Prevention, Air Gap (P) Observed non-air-gapped manifold drainage pipes from both the kitchen and bar 3 compartment sinks. The bar sink was facilitating a slime mold that eminated from the down-pipe. The kitchen 3Comp sink was air-breaked, not air-gapped--the end of the drain pipe was withing the funnel fitting that was connected to the sewer. PIC will correct. Thank you.
