    4-602.13 Nonfood Contact Surfaces (C) NonFOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of EQUIPMENT shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Observed some residue on the outside ice dispenser of the soda machines. Person in charge was made aware and wiped the surface to remove any residue in a manner that will not contaminate the ice. Routine cleaning and visual checks should continue to be performed to prevent future residue or buildup. Verification of routine cleaning shall be performed at the next routine inspection.
