  3-202.16 Ice (P) Observed ice machinto be spotting black-mold like substance in its interior roof. It appears that someone tried to reset/reseal the bin from the ice machine that sits atop it. There appears to be a bright white caulking on top of an older clear silicone bead (all caulking should have been removed, the surface prepped and a new clean bead applied). PIC indicated that the machine was recently serviced. EHS did not remove any of what should be food grade tubing but assesses the tubing to be old due to its opaqueness and discoloration. PIC will advise owner.
