4-602.13 Nonfood Contact Surfaces (C) Observed an accumulation of grease on the ventilation system of the fryer machine. EHS also observed an accumulation of grease/oil under the fryer machine. EHS educated PIC about maintaining a cleaning frequency to prevent grease accumulation which could lead to issues with pests. PIC understood and will discuss with management about cleaning frequency.
