  6-101.11 Surface Characteristics-Indoor Areas (C) Observed mop-sink/closet to have standing water and mobs still standing in mop buckets and not drying. The FRP walls in this room were dirty and in need of pressure washing. PIC will do 6-102.11 Surface Characteristics-Outdoor Areas (C) Observed outdoor (dock-ramp) not draining. Significant standing water and debris and very very bad odor. PIC called-it out and said he's working with PM to mitigate. Once drained they will maintain. 6-201.13 Floor and Wall Junctures, Coved, and Enclosed or Sealed (C) Observed an old building with various signs of deterioration: coving missing, rebar exposed, concrete broken, etc. Advised PIC that increased maintenance was the solution. PIC will do. 6-501.11 Repairing-Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods (C) 6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions (C) 6-501.16 Drying Mops(C) 6-501.114 Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter (C)
