5-202.13 Backflow Prevention, Air Gap (P) Observed corner floor sink with approximately 2' walls which rendered all piping NON-Air-Gapped. After discussion with PIC , operator will removal walls in order to access terminal ends of 3"ABOS drain from #Compartment sink and other terminal pipe ends. Once exposed, PIC will boreoscope pipe and clean. If Floor sink is deteriorated / compromised, a new floor sink insll is recommended. Moreover, sectioned manifold drain for 3 Compartment sink will be reconstruced such that it is not leaking. EHS left business card so that operator can email with Qs and EHS can send depictions of proper air-gap config. daniel.melcher@pinal.gov.
