Addl Notes: At time of inspection, observed the bar dish machine with 0 ppm concentration of chlorine sanitizer. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. PIC will use bar 3 compartment sink to sanitize dishes until dish machine is repaired.
