    Repeat Violation *Seventh consecutive repeat violation* PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-203.14 - Priority: Backflow Prevention Device, When Required Addl Notes: Observed the corroded RPZ that was previously disconnected from the system and hanging from the wall re-installed. No apparent leaking was observed from the assembly at the time of inspection. Inspector did not observed tags or backflow certificates that the same device had been repaired and was functioning properly. All testable backflow devices must be certified. All RO systems must have an approved reduced pressure zone assembly backflow device meeting ASSE 1013 standards installed upstream from RO system. Provide an approved backflow device or backflow certificates prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
