    Repeat Violation 6-501.110 - Core: Using Dressing Rooms and Lockers Addl Notes: *SECOND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION* There was a cell phone at the prep area table stored directly on an open box of gloves. The phone was moved. Storage of employee possessions was discussed with the person in charge. Personal belongings can contaminate food, food equipment, and food preparation surfaces and consequently must be stored in properly designated areas. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection
