Addl Notes: Hard boiled eggs and corn item with no opened dates in the reach in cooler. PIC stated that the eggs were opened Friday of last week (still within the last 7 days) and provided a date mark. PIC was unsure of when the corn was opened and discarded-see embargo form. PHF/TCS food should be clearly marked to indicate the date the food shall be consumed or discarded when held at a temperature of 41°F or less for a maximum of 7 days. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
