Repeat Violation *Second consecutive violation* 6-501.111 (C) - Priority Foundation: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence Addl Notes: Observed 30+ small flies (fruit flies) in the front service area. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. PIC provided pest control receipts that show service was only completed outside. Indoor service is scheduled for 10/16/2026. Advised PIC to contact test control company to service indoors ASAP. Establishment has also placed multiple work orders to address various food and water sources on sinks and cabinetry. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
