Addl Notes: At time of inspection, observed dish machine with 0ppm concentration chlorine. PIC replaced with new bottle. Machine primed. Concentration still at 0ppm chlorine. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. PIC will utilize 3 compartment sink for all ware washing until dish machine is repaired. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
