Addl Notes: No handwash setup at the for 3rd party sampling being conducted between the retail freezers and meat market where open foods were being prepared, portion and served to customers. A hand wash sink setup is required within 25 feet and in direct line of sight of the sampling area. Must provide portable hand wash setup when open foods are being served at the sampling station. Otherwise open food prep and portioning must be conducted in an area with a designated hand sink before relocating to the sampling area. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
