Addl Notes: Observed the following food items cold holding at internal temperature of 49-53 deg F in a reach in unit holding >41 deg F, mozzarella sticks, cut leaf lettuce, salsa, Blue, Feta and goat cheese, diced tomato's spinach and raw chicken. Chef informed the food items had been in walk in a few hours prior and returned to walk in during inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
