Observed the ambient temperature of the unit to be 49F. Person-in-Charge stated all items in the unit were prepared and placed in the unit this morning at 11am when the facility opened. Facility was still within the allotted time window for TCS food. Advised PIC to move items to the reach-in refrigerators and have the unit serviced. Facility will be re-inspected.
