6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions (C) 6-501.17 Absorbent Materials on Floors, Use Limitation (C) Observed a significant acculumation of oil on the ground around the entire fryer area. The facility has stainless steel padding to prevent oil from seeping into the flooring; however, the acculumation is still an attractant for pest. Observed the entire flooring in that area to also be cracked, chipped, or missing tiles. Observed an acculumation of fluid in areas of the floor from staff cleaning th floors and water collecting in the cracked/missing sections. Spoke with PIC who stated they will clean the oil in the area and confirmed there is also a work order already in place for the tiles.
