  2-102.11 (A),(B) and (C)(1),(4)-(16)Demonstration (Pf) Observed no labels or sanitizers being used in the 3 compartment sink. EHS requested a walk through for how items are washed/cleaned at the facility. Staff member demonstrated the ites are washed and rinshed and placed in the last compartment to drip dry. EHS asked for a sanitizer test strip demonstration; however, staff did not know what I meant and EHS did not observe any test strip at the facility. EHS educated staff on correct 3 compartment sink set up/label and use as well as demonstrated the correct sanitizer level with own test strip. Staff member order test strips from Amazon for the location. EHS observed staf is using bleach to sanitizer the work areas and tables.

  3-501.17 Ready-To-Eat Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Date Marking (Pf) Observed containers of dairy items (half and half, heavy whipping cream, and whipped cream) to have expiration dates of 6/8/2026 and 6/23/2026. These items were over a month past the expiration date. EHS had staff pulled the items from the refrigerator to be discarded immediately.
