5-202.11 Approved System and Cleanable Fixtures (P, C) NOTE: 3 compartment sink manifold drain to floor sink has been modified such that it is air gapped. However, in order to be complinat with respect to the air gap, operator disconnected to the installed Grease Interceptor located outside. The intercepter was not connected to the floor sink as it should have been, instead it was connected to the 3Comp sink manifold drain, bypassing the floor sink. The grease interceptor remains in place but is disconnect. In order to be fully compliant with County and city code, the interceptor should be connected to the floor sink, not the 3comp manifold drain. Please contact EHS if this is not clear. Thank you.

PIC was made aware and will advise owner. Back door is still showing daylight when closed. PIC will advise owner.
