  4-101.19 Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C) 4-202.16 Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C) Observed areas proximal to dispensing machings (soda fountains, etc), both beneath and behind, conconfigured such that they cannot be easily serviced and easily cleaned. These areas cannot be maintained sanitary. PIC is aware but not responsible--this is a desing failure. 4-204.12 Equipment Openings, Closures and Deflectors (C) 4-204.13 Dispensing Equipment, Protection of Equipment and Food (P, C) 4-204.120 Equipment Compartments, Drainage (C) 4-204.121 Vending Machines, Liquid Waste Products (C) Observed floor sink into which euipment drainage is shunted, to be insanitary and supporting growth of a mold-like substance. PIC will attempt to clean but informs EHS that Corporate will not allow use of any product other that their vendor, EcoLab. EHS advised use of a toilet brush and chlorine. EHS provided business card for any corporate inquirey.
