  6-301.11 Handwashing Cleanser, Availability (Pf) 6-301.12 Hand Drying Provision (Pf) Upon entering kitchen the first handwash sink had a broken dispenser with no soap and a second dispenser with no soap. Moving to the 2nd handwash sink, another broken dispenser was observed and a second soap dispenser with soap was used. Unfortunately, there were no paper towels in which to dry hands. PIC was working on solution / fix when EHS moved on.

EHS had meetinf with entire Trinity staff regarding process to insure sanitizing is insured via testing. PIC agreed and will insure compliance via more education and testing.

PIC advised that a remodel is in the budget, probably by September 2026. PIC will look for interim solutions.
