Test strips were not available in this kitchen as it is a prep kitchen. Test strips were located but then it was determined that the dispenser was faulty. PIC will ahve maintenance service.

6-101.11 Surface Characteristics-Indoor Areas (C) Observed significant food debris build-up around caging/fencing areas (poor design). PIC advised it will be modified at remodel 6-201.13 Floor and Wall Junctures, Coved, and Enclosed or Sealed (C) Observed significant deterioration of flooring and coving such that holes, cracks and divots are holding water that is becoming slimy and mold-like. PIC advised that a remodel is in the budget, probably by September 2026. PIC will look for interim solutions.
