Observed that certain kitchen equipment is down for repairs , most notable is the main walk in cooler which was taken out of order prior to the inspection today. A recent storm has brought cause for repair and a work order was submitted by the kitchen manager. 4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment (C) The cooler was empty upon arrival today, kitchen staff are using the other coolers which are available to store cold (TCS -Time /Temp control for safety) foods. Please repair as soon as possible ( prior to next routine inspection).
