On counter under the grill shelf , Observed a sanitation wiping cloth " air drying" outside of solution bucket. 4-901.12 Wiping Cloths, Air Drying Location (C) After usage sanitation wiping cloth stored submerged under the sanitizer solution will slow or ibhibit microbial ( harmful bacterial ) growth. The Person in charge replaced the wiping cloth with a new one and placed it under the sanitizer soltion.
