Addl Notes: Establishment uses time as a public health control for hot and cold TCS (time/ temperature control for food safety) foods items. At start of inspection, time control log sheet was not properly filled out. Educated employees on proper procedures and the importance of log sheets. Instructed employee to fill out log sheets with time, temperature, and food items using time control. Time as a Public Health Control requires time-stamping for items actively held under Time as a Public Health Control. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
