Addl Notes: Observed employee handle raw chicken, bread the chicken, drop into the fryer, removed gloves, put on new gloves, then proceed handle cooked chicken without washing his hands. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

  6-202.15 - Core: Outer Openings, Protected Addl Notes: Observed a large gap below the back door, between the floor and the door, allowing light to enter. Advised PIC to install weather stripping to ensure there are no gaps allowing pest entry prior to the next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
