Addl Notes: Observed sanitizer at the 3 compartment sink not dispensing any sanitizer at time of inspection. The establishment also did not have any other approve sanitizer on site. A 24 hour re-inspection will be conducted on 10/14/2026, to show the establishment has sanitizer to properly sanitize food contact surfaces. Discussed MCESD's 24 hour re-inspection policy for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 10/14/2026.

Addl Notes: Observed no soap at the hand wash sink. Per employee, he will tell management to bring down soap from the store. Each handwashing sink must be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 10/14/2026.

Equipment or utensils may not be cleaned if inappropriate or insufficient amounts of cleaners or detergents are used. A re-inspection will be conducted to show that soap is being used to wash, rinse, and sanitizer. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 10/14/2026.
