Addl Notes: Observed sausage bites prepared on 9/16 and hot dogs opened on 9/24 in the drawer under the grill, both past discard date. Notified person in charge (PIC) and they discarded both items - see embargo form. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Predefined Comment: RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1).
