Addl Notes: Observed a trash can and two boxes of detergent placed in front of the hand wash sink in the back room, the hand wash sink was not accessible at the time of inspection. All hand wash sinks must be accessible at all times. Manager moved the trash can and detergents away from the hand wash sink. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
