    PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.12 (A) - Priority: Prohibiting a Cross Connection; Drinking Lines Addl Notes: Observed chemical dispenser downstream of an AVB at the mop sink. Discussed with PIC about chemical dispenser needing to be on its own waterline to prevent damage to the back flow device on the faucet. A reinspection will occur on October 2nd. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
