Addl Notes: Observed a hand washing station front of house by the expresso machines without any hand drying provisions. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

In-Use Utensils; Properly Stored

3-304.12 - Core: In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage Addl Notes: Observed a plastic cup stored in a container of chocolate chips located inside the walk-in cooler being used as a scoop. In-use utensils stored in food between uses must have handles extending above the top of the food and container to prevent contamination of the food by hands. PIC was instructed to use a utensil with a handle and store it with the handle above the chocolate chips, or store it in another approved location. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
