Addl Notes: Observed shell stock tags with wrong date marks. Person in charge states that date marks on tags are when product was put out for sale and not when last shellfish was sold. Discussed with person in charge that date marks should be when last shellfish was sold from that batch as well as remembering to write down last sold date for current shellfish for sale. Had person in charge write down last sale date on tags. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
