All equipment and food contact surfaces must be air-dried after properly cleaning and sanitizing. The containers will be separated, re-washed, and re-sanitized. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

    5-205.15 (B) - Core: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained Addl Notes: SECOND CONSECUTIVE. Observed a leaky three compartment sink valve located back of house. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. PIC stated a work order has already been put in for these leaks. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
