3-307.11 - Core: Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination Addl Notes: Observed an ice machine located back of house with no side covers/panels on the machine itself. Instructed the PIC to attach the panels to the ice machine before the new route inspection to prevent contamination. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
