PRIORITY VIOLATION-4-101.11 (A) - Priority: Characteristics- Multiuse; Safe Addl Notes: Observed frozen bread in to-go bags inside the freezer. Use of non-food grade bags (including to-go bags and trash bags) are not approved for storage of open food items to prevent migration of deleterious substances. PIC grabbed all the bags with frozen bread and placed them in food safe bags at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

3-305.11 - Core: Food Storage - Preventing Contamination from the Premises Addl Notes: Observed meat being marinated in plastic containers on the floor on the walk in fridge. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises. PIC moved the meat on the racks at time of inspection and stated they will get rolling dollies to be able to move meat to and from the walk in without it touching the floor. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
