    3-304.14 - Core: Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation Addl Notes: Observed wiping cloths in sanitizing solution <150ppm at the time of inspection per establishments and inspectors test strips at the time of inspection. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. It was discovered the sanitizer dispenser was not dispensing enough quat sanitizer and sanitizer was manually poured into sanitizer buckets until approved sanitizer concentration of 150ppm-400ppm, per manufactures instruction was achieved. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
