Addl Notes: Observed pink organic matter on the ice chute of the soda machine in the dining room. Spoke with PIC and they will have it cleaned today. Ensure ice chute and soda nozzles are cleaned at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of organic matter. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

3-304.14 - Core: Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation Addl Notes: Observed 0ppm of chlorine sanitizer in wiping bucket near the handwashing sink next to drive thru window. Spoke with PIC and they directed associate to change buckets. Ensure sanitizer buckets have a concentration between 50ppm-100ppm of chlorine for active sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
