The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the PREMISES by: (B) Routinely inspecting the PREMISES for evidence of pests; Roach activity in corners of kitchen and under hand sink. Several sizes, and in significant numbers were very small to half-inch live roaches trapped on glue board under the main hand sink. NOT resolved. The PIC states that the food establishment is treated weekly. However, the glue boards are full of trapped insects, mainly roaches. Recommend asking the pest control company to leave extra glue boards and treat areas that are typical of roaches to travel such as drains. The PIC explained that the hotel connected is going through remodel and roaches have been pretty active. More aggressive treatment may be necessary during this time to eliminate their presence.
