5-205.15 A PLUMBING SYSTEM shall be: (B) Maintained in good repair. 3 compartment sink Facility has removed waste plumbing drain trough at 3 compartment sink and is in the process of replacing. Kitchen is not currently preparing food. Spoke to PIC to continue not cooking or prepare any foods until the plumbing has been repaired. Facility can use trough or funnels to satisfy the indirect drain requirement.
