5-204.11 A HANDWASHING SINK shall be located: (A) To allow convenient use by EMPLOYEES in FOOD preparation, FOOD dispensing, and WAREWASHING areas; and HAND SINK AT ENTRY TO KITCHEN Upon entering kitchen to conduct reinspection, utilized the handwash sink in question; observed to still be draining slowly. PIC stated a plumber indicated that the plumbing within the wall, further downstream, will need amended/fixed and that this is something that will take some time. Both handwash sinks within the kitchen are within reasonable access; advised only using the properly working handsink until this one is fully repaired and able to drain properly. For the purpose of Probation status reinspection this item will be considered in-progress/resolved. Handsink shall be repaired properly within 30 days.
