2-102.11 (A),(B) and (C)(1),(4)-(16)Demonstration (Pf) 2-103.11 Person-In-Charge [PIC] Duties (Pf) Complaint investigation precipitated this inspection. Manager immediately admitted to posting the video that drew the complaint. Manager, articulated that she "honestly did not see a problem with it." Observed sticky floors--the entire floor just behind the counter, EHS shoes were sticking to floor and making a ripping sound when stepping / walking. Observed food debris and grime build-up beneath and behind equipment. Asked for Owners contact ino and called. Explained finding to owner and that I would be writing my report such that another inspection should be performed within two weeks time. EHS will return by 10-30-2026.
