5-501.115 Maintaining Refuse Areas and Enclosures(C) A storage area and enclosure for REFUSE, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained free of unnecessary items, as specified under § 6-501.114, and clean. Observed accumulation of buildup and residue in the area surrounding the oil receptacle. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that the area should be cleaned and buildup should be removed to prevent the attraction of pests. PIC stated that the area would be cleaned. Upon next routine inspection, verification of residue removal shall be performed
