4-302.14 Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices (Pf) A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in MG/L of SANITIZING solutions shall be provided. Person in charge at the time of inspection was unable to locate sanitizer test strips. Tested sanitizer to ensure it was at the proper concentration and left testing strips with person in charge. Discussed with person in charge that strips must be available and to conduct training so that all employees are able to access and use test strips properly. Verification of test strip availability and knowledge shall be conducted at the next routine inspection.
